Two ensuite double bedrooms with two further double bedrooms can accommodate up to eight adults/children and a brand new fully functioning kitchen will keep them well fed during your stay. Walking distance to the city centre and seafront, your perfect home from home starts here!     Sea Haven House has two double en-suite bedrooms with cosy king-sized beds, complete with double patio doors and a Juliet balcony. The two further bedrooms also have king-sized beds that can also be configured as twins, if required. The bedrooms have wardrobes and a chest of drawers. One of the double bedrooms has an office space equipped with high-speed WiFi and a good-sized desk for those of us who need an office by the sea. Our 3.5 bathrooms have all the basics to get fresh and clean. The kitchen includes an integrated oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave and plenty of countertops to prepare family meals and share them on our charming dining table (extendable for 6-8 people) or outside during the summer.    This leads us to the living room/dinner, where you can enjoy our large comfy sofa to watch your favourite Netflix/Amazon show or movie on the 43" Smart TV or play a board game among family or friends. During the Summer months why not open the large patio doors and enjoy the ocean breezes.   Lastly, after a busy day working or playing why not relax on the garden furniture with a glass of chilled wine to enjoy the sunset and a good conversation.

We had a fabulous stay at our Host Richard's house. There was plenty of room for us all (3 adults, 3 kids). It was very handy having a private courtyard to park in and it was very quiet and safe. The house is close to the local amenities and a quick bus ride into the city, or a 5 min walk to the gorgeous Royal William Yard. A fabulous place to stay.

Sehr netter Kontakt bereits im Vorfeld mit Vermieter. Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung auch Waschmaschine super sauber. Typische Kekse, Milch, Fudge und Kleinigkeiten zur Begrüßung. Für zwei Familien a vier Personen einfach super. Aussenbereich schön, ein Parkplatz inkludiert und ein weiterer kostenfreier Parkplatz fast um die Ecke. Plymouth ist unter den ganzen Küstenstädten jetzt nicht so schön, aber für junge Erwachsene gibt es Kneipen / Nachtleben in 15 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sehr nettes Pub auf dem Weg zum Lidl. Lidl und Aldi 2 min zu Fuss entfernt. Toller asiatischer Supermarkt auch um die Ecke. Man kann mit einer kleinen, nahen Personen-Fähre schöne günstige Ausflüge z.B. nach Mount Edgcumbe machen. Dort kann man auch zu sehr schönen Stränden wandern. war alles super

We had a great family catch up in Plymouth. Richard was a super helpful host and the property is exactly as described and in great condition. Lots of lovely decorations and perfect as a base to explore Plymouth and Devon. A lovely welcome basket was much appreciated! Wonderful house and location - I will book again in a heart beat. The whole house felt just like home, very calming, peaceful, modern and beautifully decorated - everything we needed and no clutter. Location was superb - we love to walk and swim and it was 10/15 min walk to Royal William Yard, Devils Point, Tranquility Bay and more. The house was lovely and bright and breezy with the windows open so it keeps cool on the warmer days. We miss it already! Thank you for being a great host.

The property was just as described and very good value for money considering the amount of people that it can host. It has all the essentials that you'll need for your stay; iron, towels, shampoo etc and the parking was easy enough. Good location, walking distance to local shops and eateries as well as the centre. Richard was informative and helpful every step of the way, a brilliant host.

Sea Haven House can accommodate up-to eight guests including families. We have one allocated parking space within the gated community. With additional on-street parking, a short walk away. Located a 10-minute walk into the city centre and a 5-minute walk to the sea.
