Richard's place was perfect in every respect. Ideally located too for my needs which were work related in Devonport Naval Base.
I will definitely be returning next time I'm in Plymouth.

The vibe of the apartment was so welcoming and cosy. The location was brilliant and the place had everything I needed as well as being quiet. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming through their communication and little touches in the way they'd set up the apartment. Can't wait to stay again. The walkways outside the apartment needed a little TLC but this was nothing to do with the apartment itself.

Compared to other properties in the area this was reasonably priced and offered a good bedroom/bathroom proportion to make sure that everyone had facilities and privacy.
The house was clean and tidy.
Really valuable to have allocated private parking with easy access to the property.
5 of us stayed for 3 nights and the space was manageable.
It is a quiet area, very little noise, which is was nice and just a short hop in the car to get to town.

Stayed at Richards apartment for 14 nights. Was a great stay, very clean and tidy and had everything that I needed. Very comfortable and easy to relax in. Large living room area with open plan kitchen which made it very easy to cook. The bedroom was really comfortable and was cosy at night. I had a really great stay and would highly recommend the apartment if staying in the area and looking for a good base. Thanks again Richard.
