This apartment is situated in an ideal spot, just a short distance away from the city centre and a short walk to the famous Devonport Dockyard. It is at the edge of gorgeous Dartmoor and is the entrance to Cornwall. Plymouth is surrounded by some of the most stunning coastlines in the South West. The apartment is also close to both ferry ports, making it a convenient place to access Cornwall and France. Additionally, the A38 Devon Expressway is just a short distance away, making it easy to travel to Devon, Cornwall and beyond.

Guest Access

If you're arriving by car there is unlimited free street parking on Ross Street to the side of the building and Plym Street behind the building. Parking on Albert Road to the front of the building is free for 2 hours during the day and free in the evening after 6 pm and all day on Sunday’s.

Richard's place was perfect in every respect. Ideally located too for my needs which were work related in Devonport Naval Base. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in Plymouth.

The vibe of the apartment was so welcoming and cosy. The location was brilliant and the place had everything I needed as well as being quiet. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming through their communication and little touches in the way they'd set up the apartment. Can't wait to stay again. The walkways outside the apartment needed a little TLC but this was nothing to do with the apartment itself.

Stayed at Richards apartment for 14 nights. Was a great stay, very clean and tidy and had everything that I needed. Very comfortable and easy to relax in. Large living room area with open plan kitchen which made it very easy to cook. The bedroom was really comfortable and was cosy at night. I had a really great stay and would highly recommend the apartment if staying in the area and looking for a good base. Thanks again Richard.

The apartment is close to both ferry ports, providing easy access to Cornwall and France. Its location also gives speedy access onto the A38 Devon Expressway, to Devon, Cornwall and beyond. The apartment is also located in a short taxi or direct bus ride if you are arriving by train or bus. If you're arriving by car there is unlimited free street parking on Ross Street to the side of the building and Plym Street behind the building.
